A website booking is a request and is not final until GG Indongo Family Car Hire confirms the vehicle, dates, price, driver eligibility, required documents, deposit, and payment arrangements in writing.

Driver and vehicle requirements

The renter must present an accepted, valid driving licence and identification. Additional driver, age, cross-border, mileage, fuel, deposit, and insurance conditions may apply and will be stated in the signed rental agreement.

Prices, cancellations, and availability

Displayed prices may exclude optional extras, delivery, cross-border charges, deposits, fuel, damage, fines, or late-return charges. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Cancellation and refund rules supplied with the quotation or rental agreement take precedence.

Customer responsibility

The renter must use the vehicle lawfully and with reasonable care, follow permitted-route conditions, report incidents promptly, and return the vehicle at the agreed time, place, condition, and fuel level.
